Raspberries, Banana and Oats Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 cup - Ice
½ cup - Raspberries, frozen
1 - Banana, frozen
½ cup - Yogurt, low fat
½ cup - Rolled oats
1 tb - Honey
½ cup - Water
UTENSILS
Blender, Serving glasses, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the ice, raspberries, banana, oats, honey, yogurt and water in the blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie into the serving glasses. Serve.
