Roasted Tuna and Vegetables

INGREDIENTS
360g - Tuna, fresh, yellowfin, raw
1 pc - Small pepper, sweet, red, raw
1pc - Small pepper, sweet, green, raw
1 small - Green zucchini, fresh, unpeeled, raw
2 cup - Broccoli, raw
1 cup - Chickpeas, canned, drained, rinsed in tap water
1 pc - Small onion, raw
2 tb - Olive oil
¼ tsp - Table salt
¼ tsp - Black pepper
½ tsp - Chilli flakes
½ tsp - Garlic powder
UTENSILS
Oven, Baking pan, Aluminium foil, Large Bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 260 degrees Celsius.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Transfer the tuna and vegetable mixture to a baking pan lined with aluminium foil.
4. Bake for 15 minutes. Dish up and serve.
