Romaine Salad with Guacamole Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1 cup - Avocado


5 tb - Lime juice


¼ cup - Water


2 tb - Cayenne pepper sauce


¼ tsp - Salt


1 - Grape tomato, finely chopped


8 cups - Romaine lettuce, shredded


⅓ cup - Cilantro, coarsely chopped


1 bunch - Scallions, thinly sliced

UTENSILS

Blender, Bowl, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add the avocado flesh into the blender using a spoon. Add the lime juice, water, cayenne pepper sauce and salt. Blend until smooth. Transfer the dressing to a large bowl.


2. Add the tomato, lettuce, cilantro and scallions. Stir to mix well.


3. Serve.
