
Salmon and Quinoa in a Bowl

INGREDIENTS
360g - Salmon fillet, raw
1 tsp - Chili powder
1 tsp - Mustard powder
1 tsp - Spice, paprika
1 dash - Salt
1 pinch - Black pepper
½ cup - Almonds, raw, with skin, grounded
4 cups - Quinoa, cooked, no added fat
UTENSILS
Baking tray, Aluminium foil, Bowl, Oven
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Mix the ground almonds, chili powder, mustard powder and paprika in a bowl. Set aside.
3. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
4. Roll each salmon fillet into the almond mixture then, place them in a baking tray lined with aluminium foil.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 mins.
6. Scoop cooked quinoa into the serving bowl and place the spicy crusted salmon on top.
