
Salmon and Cucumber Wraps

INGREDIENTS
200g - Salmon, canned, drained
100g - Feta cheese, low fat
¼ - Cucumber, finely chopped
4 - Whole wheat tortilla
100g - Lettuce leaves, shredded
100g - Watercress, chopped
¼ tsp - Ground black pepper
UTENSILS
Bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the salmon to a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the cheese, cucumber and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Lay a tortilla on a work surface and spread the salmon mixture over them. Top with the shredded lettuce and watercress, then roll up. Repeat the same with the rest of the tortilla.
3. Slice the wrap in half and serve.
