Salmon Teriyaki Donburi

INGREDIENTS
300g - Salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces
⅛ tsp - Salt
1 ½ tb - All-purpose flour
1 tb - Vegetable oil
¼ cup - Teriyaki sauce
2 cups - Short grain brown rice, cooked
2 cups - Baby spinach, chopped
1 cup - Cabbage, shredded
1 cup - Edamame, frozen, defrost
2 - Scallions, finely chopped
½ tsp - Sesame seeds
UTENSILS
Skillet, plate, Bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the salmon pieces on a plate and sprinkle with salt. Leave it for 15 minutes. Dust the salmon pieces with flour on all sides.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip the salmon pieces. Cook for another minute.
3. Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Turn the heat off.
4. Fill the serving bowls with rice. Add the spinach, cabbage and edamame. Add the salmon pieces on top.
5. Sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds. Serve.
