
Soursop with Chia Seeds Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 slice - Soursop, peeled, deseeded
1 tbsp - Chia seeds
½ cup - Water
¼ cup - Ice cubes
Garnish:
1 sprig - Fresh Mint leaves
UTENSILS
Drinking glass, blender, knife, chopping board
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add chia seeds to 1/2 cup of water and let it soak for 20-30 minutes. Set it aside.
2. Take the soursop pulp and place it in a blender. Add the soaked chia seeds and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
3. Add more ice cubes, if needed.
