½ cup - Orange juice, canned, unsweetened


1 tb - Syrups, maple


1 cup - Mixed berries, frozen


1 cup - Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, unthawed

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and pulse until well blended. Serve immediately.
