
Spicy Salmon Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS
60g - Salmon fillet, cut into 2cm cubes
½ - Red onion, finely chopped
½ - Green capsicum, finely chopped
½ - Red capsicum, finely chopped
5 cloves - Garlic, sliced
½ tsp - Mixed herbs, dried
½ tb - Olive oil
4 tb - Tomato puree, without salt added
1 tsp - Coriander powder
1 tsp - Cumin powder
½ tsp - Chili powder
1 tsp - Black pepper powder
200g - Spinach, chopped
100g - Spaghetti, whole meal
1 dash - Salt

Pot, Pan, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until done. Drain the water and set aside.
2. Heat the cooking oil in the pan. Add the onions and peppers, sauté until onions become translucent.
3. Add the mixed herbs, coriander powder, cumin powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, tomato puree and salt. Stir to mix well. Sauté for about 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
4. Add the salmon and spinach. Cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti and mix well with the rest of the ingredients in the pan.
6. Serve immediately.
