INGREDIENTS

380g - Spinach


3 pcs - Garlic, clove


1 pc - Small, onion


⅛dash - Salt, table


1 pinch - Pepper, black


1 pinch - Chilli, flakes


3 tb - Oil, olive


2 can - Fish, tuna, light, canned in oil, without salt, drained


1 ½cup - Beans, cannellini, canned, drained

UTENSILS

Saucepan, Chopping board, Knife, Large bowl

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add garlic and onion and fry until it caramelized.


2. Add the spinach and sauté until the spinach becomes tender.


3. Season the spinach with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and stir.


4. Remove from the heat and transfer cooked spinach into a large bowl.


5. Add beans and tuna in the cooked spinach and mix until well combined.


6. Serve.
