Sprouted Mung Bean Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 cup - Sprouted mung beans, raw
2 medium - Red onions, raw, diced
2 medium - Tomatoes, raw, diced
2 medium - Cucumbers, unpeeled, diced
½ medium - Carrot, raw, grated
¼ tsp - Salt
½ tsp - Black pepper powder
1 tb - Lime juice, raw
1 tb - Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw, chopped
UTENSILS
Mixing bowl, Grater, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a bowl, add the sprouted mung beans, tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers and carrot. Mix well.
2. Add the salt, black pepper powder and lime juice to the bowl. Mix well.
3. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
