Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables

INGREDIENTS
½ cup - Sugar snap peas, raw, halved
1 cup - Broccoli, raw, cut into small florets
½ cup - Baby corns
½ cup - Carrots, raw, sliced
½ cup - Red capsicum, raw, sliced
½ cup - Shiitake mushrooms, raw, sliced
4 cloves - Garlic, raw, minced
1 tsp - Soy sauce
1 tsp - Oyster sauce
2 tb - Water
2 tsp - Sesame oil
UTENSILS
Wok, Bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and water to a bowl. Stir to mix well.
2. Heat the sesame oil in the wok on high heat. Add the garlic and carrots to the wok and stir fry for about 1 minute.
3. Add the broccoli, baby corn, and sugar snap peas to the wok. Stir fry for another minute.
4. Add the red capsicum, shiitake mushrooms and the sauce mixture. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
5. Serve and enjoy with steamed brown rice.
