
Stir-fried Oyster Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS
300g - Oyster mushrooms
2 tsp - Vegetable oil
2 cloves - Garlic, minced
1 - Shallot, thinly sliced
½ tb - Soy sauce
1 tsp - Oyster sauce
½ tsp - Sugar
½ tsp - Sesame oil
1 pinch - Ground white pepper
1 - Chili, sliced
1 - Scallion, chopped
UTENSILS
Wok, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic, shallots and chili. Stir-fry for 20 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the oyster mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Stir-fry for another minute.
5. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil. Stir through, then turn off the heat.
6. Garnish with the scallions.Serve.
