Strawberry Soy Frozen Yogurt with Cashew Nuts

INGREDIENTS

2 (6 oz) container - Silk vanilla soy yogurt


4 sachet - Sweetener, herbal extract powder from stevia leaf


2 tsp - Lime juice, raw


1 cup - Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, unthawed, diced


2 tb - Nuts, cashew nuts, dry roasted, without salt added, coarsely chopped


6 tb - Pure Carob Kibble Nibbles

UTENSILS

Bowl, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine the soy yoghurt, stevia powder and lime juice in a large bowl. Mix well.


2. Add the strawberries and carob nibs and stir until well blended.


3. Scoop the mixture on dessert cups and sprinkle chopped cashew nuts on top. Serve.
