Stuffed Avocado Tuna Salad

INGREDIENTS

3 medium - Avocado, halved and seeded


1 can - Fish, tuna, white, canned in oil, drained


4 pcs - Large, egg, hard boiled, coarsely   chopped


⅛ cup - Pickles, cucumber, sweet, low sodium, diced


2 tb - Mayonnaise, low fat


1 tb - Lime juice


¼ tsp - Salt, table

UTENSILS

Chopping board, Knife, Pastry brush, Mixing bowl

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine the tuna, egg, pickles, mayo, half of the lime juice and salt in a bowl. Mix to coat evenly.


2. Brush the cut side of the avocado with the remaining half of the lime juice to prevent oxidation.


3. Spoon the salad onto the center of the avocado half. Serve.
