
Toasted Oats with Yogurt and Fruits

INGREDIENTS
200g - Rolled oats
4 tb - Hazelnuts, roughly chopped
4 tb - Sunflower seeds
2 tb - Sesame seeds
300g - Yogurt, low fat
120ml - Apple juice, unsweetened
4 tb - Raisins
1 - Apple, cored and grated
100g - Grapes, seedless, halved
UTENSILS
Oven, Baking sheet, Baking tray, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the oats, nuts and seeds onto a baking sheet. Toast them for 5 minutes.
2. Tip the mixture into a bowl. Stir in the yogurt, apple juice, raisins and apple.
3. Divide between the serving bowls.
4. Serve with the grapes.
