INGREDIENTS
1 cup - Baby spinach
½ cup - Pineapple chunks, frozen
½ - Banana, ripe
½ - Green apple, skin on, chopped
1 tb - Chia seeds
1 tsp - Ginger, grated
5 leaves - Mint leaves
2 tb - Plain Greek yogurt
1 cup - Coconut water, unsweetened
½ lime - Lime juice
½ cup - Ice cubes
UTENSILS
Blender, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the smoothie into the serving glasses.
3. Serve.
