
Tuna and Avocado Salad

INGREDIENTS
150g - Tuna in water, canned, drained and flaked
4 cups - Cos lettuce, chopped
1 - Cucumber, chopped
100g - Feta cheese, crumbled
1 - Avocado, sliced
1 tb - Extra virgin olive oil
1 tb - Balsamic vinegar
UTENSILS
Large bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl, toss the tuna, lettuce and cucumber.
2. Add the feta cheese and avocado slices to the bowl.
3. Drizzle with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix well.
4. Serve.
