INGREDIENTS

4 cups - Spinach


4 cups - Romaine lettuce


½ - Green bell pepper, sliced


20 - Cherry tomatoes


1 cup - Cucumber, cubed


⅔ cup - Broccoli, cut into small florets, steamed


⅔ cup - Cauliflower, cut into small florets, steamed


3 tb - Lemon juice


2 tb - Olive oil

UTENSILS

Large bowl, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all the vegetables in a large bowl.


2. Add the lemon juice and olive oil. Toss to mix well.


3. Serve.
