Wheat flakes and Mixed Fruits in a Bowl

1 pc (2" dia) - Kiwifruit, green, peeled and diced
¼ cup - Strawberries, raw, diced
1 tsp - Roasted sunflower seeds
1 cup - All-bran complete wheat flakes
1 pc - Extra large banana, fresh
1 tb - Flaxseed oil
⅛ tsp - Vanilla extract
Chopping board, Knife, Blender
1. Combine the banana, flaxseed oil and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
2. Divide the all-bran wheat flakes into two serving bowls.
3. Pour the banana mixture on top of the wheat flakes.
4. Garnish with fruits and sunflower seeds and serve.
